The clinical term is “heat exhaustion”.
With the new climate its gonna be used so often that we need a shorter word for it.

I actually like hex’d. In Germany a “Hexe” is a (mostly evil) witch. And as it kinda feels like getting cursed, that one has a nice twist.
Or “a typical Tuesday at work” for me…
