      Partially Correct. A meme is a culturally developed information based replicator. It would be better to say, this meme has poor replication potential, rather than “it is not a meme” or “it is a bad meme”. It is not a necessity that the meme be altered, though it may be. Base instructions/archetypal structure which delineates it from other memes needs to stay basically the same and increases the memetic transmissibility. (Blackmore, 2019)
