I’m a dev and I already have a headache at my work. If I have to spend time to install a hundreds of dependencies on my personal computer if I want to do something I rather would kill myself. That’s why macOS is just a superior of all OS.
Just because a garden is walled doesn’t mean it’s better. It just means that you need specialty solutions instead of pre-baked solutions that are on the open market
I agree that the UX is better on MacOS, but it’s because of the immense amount of hand-holdong

Is macOS different from linux(in command line things and such, not the GUI)?
MacOS is just a whole different set of problems. The coefficient of problems always tends toward 1.0
