Did you delete or just deactivate? Also, did you login after doing it by mistake, as they take that as a sign to cancel the request.
I have deleted a Facebook account in the past, and my current account was deactivated about 3 or 4 years ago. I never got a single email like this… but I also proactively disabled all emails when first signing up for the account.
I specifically remember requesting to delete it and I haven’t been using facebook in like forever.
I remember a post saying how there should be absolutely ‘no activity’ on facebook and any other linked services for meta to comply, which might explain this
Delete all your Facebook, meta, etc. cookies to make sure you’re not accidentally signing into things like articles comments etc on sites that use your Facebook account.
