Israel has killed 1% of Gaza’s population in three months, and if they maintain current pace will be at 4% per year. So they’re 80% as efficient if they sustain the current rate. Not a huge discrepancy.

So they’re 80% as efficient if they sustain the current rate. Not a huge discrepancy.
That’s not how percentages work.
