I am not from the U.S., but the news agency (CNA) in question is… But thanks for reminding me anyway, otherwise I might starts driving a F150 in narrow asian street, or something.
I just find it confusing this news agency would care about the pope, when most of American Christian are Protestants, you know, people who literally “protest” Roman catholic church.
Anyway, it is always funny to me when internet people criticize me for “American centric”. This is not the first time LOL.
I don’t think many American christians are Roman Catholic, so Pope has no authority to them whatsoever?
Other places exist, but also it’s not even that far from half. About 20% of the total US population identifies as Catholic.
The president is Catholic, though I doubt he listens much to the Pope.
So? The majority of the rest of the Christian world follows the Pope.
25% of the US is Catholic.
Yeah, try almost a quarter of the population.
NEWS : the pope is important to the world outside of the united states.
BREAKING NEWS : PLACES OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES EXIST.
teachable moment : there are places outside of the united states , in the continent of america, that are full of catholics

come on man.
Welp, I am blind, at least I am not American, right?
It’s almost like 97.2% of people aren’t North American or something
It is closer to 92.5%, and I am one of the 92.5%.
I mentioned the U.S. because the news agency (CNA) is from the U.S.
Yeah I meant the ones without basic human rights, not the Canadians 😅
Dropped your /s?
Don’t need them where I live, kids are taught context in reading comprehension 😂
