I would see your PCP. It’s not unusual to bruise after moving a bunch of stuff, however if you didn’t notice any bumps while moving the furniture, it may be that you are anemic or something. If you menstruate or have nosebleeds the bleeding can make it worse. IME you don’t necessarily need to take a supplement at this point (usually iron) but your doc will probably want to at least monitor in case it worsens over time.
If you can’t afford to go to a doctor, and you’re open to it, try to donate blood and they should tell you your iron scores. It’s better to see your doc of course (there may be other things to test) but I know how it is without money, at least in the US.

I think I will. I just donated blood this month and my hemoglobin looked good. It was 12.4, I think.
