Weird when you consider how little Jews we have in Ireland. Like, we only have one tiny Synagogue in Dublin. How exactly are they destroying this country?

That’s sad, to still have this kind of xenophobic discriminatory content in 2023

Fun fact: Xenophobia just means “fear of “others”” (technically “fear of alien” but using the definition of alien that is “not like the observer”). So it can apply to any group- national, racial, religious, even regional or tribal.

It is the umbrella term for all interpersonal bigotry.

Yeah, you know those little hats they wear? I heard if they sing Hava Nagila, spin around once, and touch the hat, they can teleport!

Fun additional fact: Harry Belafonte didn’t die, he was just singing Hava Nagila again but this time he was wearing a yarmulke because he was visiting a synagogue. The rabbi recognized him and mentioned that he enjoyed the cover, so Harry began to perform it and at the end of the song, the yarmulke got bumped and poof: Harry Belafonte now resides on one of those Jewish space lasers the lizard people in congress keep talking about.

Anyways, he’s a huge hit up there in outer space; I heard he’s working on a pretty badass cover of Mazel Tov now, can’t wait for it to drop! I’m a little sad he’s not on Earth after that teleporter accident but it really worked out for the best if you ask me: We’re going to get some wonderful music out of it!

Very sad indeed. I do not understand of what some people are scared so much / have so much hatred toward that they put energy in doing something like that.

Can you go to the police for that?

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a cop that put it there. At least in the U.S. Do Irish police have as much of a nazi problem?

So can we use any quote from any Christian person (hundreds of years ago or today) to accurately sum up the beliefs and nature of all Christians? Or of any religion/belief? If so, I gotta tell you, Christianity isn’t gonna come out looking so hot once we break out the quote books…

Didn’t assume, I explicitly said “any other religion or belief,” and used the example of Christians based on overwhelming statistical prevalence in Ireland, where this photo was taken. Nice try to deflect, though.

I try to imagine who put them there. Someone who sneaks out at night, looking both ways before taping the antisemetic flyer down. Feels to them they are helping the world. Spends the rest of the day at the computer reading conspiracy theories, and preparing their next flyer.

There is an abundance of stupid quotes from people of all kind on this planet.

These quotes are handpicked to hate, not to initiate discourse .

Yes I understand that, but if those people had a following and support from the government or a political party it becomes much more serious than if it’s some random drunk after a Friday might bender.

You’ll just drive yourself crazy trying to understand the logic behind the kind of moronic inbreeding racist idiots who put this flyer up. There is no logic, because they are just disgusting hate filled people. The only “reason” is that they need someone to blame because they won’t take responsibility for how miserable they have made their own lives.

I wasn’t trying to understand their viewpoint because I know they are just copying their views from the Internet. There’s a big problem with lots of people getting the viewpoints from American politics and forgetting some of the US problems don’t apply here.

I just visited Auschwitz and Birkenau memorial camps in Poland, with the kids. Feels like never forget is always important to remember.
