In recent weeks, a group of Black Christian faith leaders met with White House officials and members of the Congressional Black Caucus, voicing concern about the growing humanitarian crisis in Gaza after Israel’s ground assault into the region.
This is welcome news in dark times.
As tragic as the genocide in Gaza is, it is uplifting to see diverse groups standing up in ways I don’t recall in the past to insist on the humanity of all people.
Is this a “World News”?
Why polarise and specify black? There are possibly more practicing black Christians than white, Jesus was not white, yet everywhere else we just say Christian.
Because the people involved are specifically black Christian leaders appealing to the Congressional Black Caucus, which is an official political group?
