At about 7:30 he addresses the stupid “both sides” complaints.

Personally it never made sense. When trump is in the news, moderates complaine it helps him. When trump isn’t in the news, they complain it’s ignoring him. When Biden is in the news they complain trump isnt, when Biden isn’t in the news… Well that’s Biden’s campaign strategy.

The more people hear/see Biden the less they like him.

    Edit:

Best line of it for a tldr is definitely:

Get on board or shiu the fuck up is not a particularly compelling pro-democracy bumper sticker nor is “what are ya gonna do”

The real take-away line here was this:

Do you understand the opportunity here? Do you have any idea how thirsty Americans are for any hint of inspiration or leadership and release from this choice of a megolomaniac and a suffocating gerentocricy? It is crushing our fucking spirit! Do you have any idea what could be ahead of you?

They saw that Bernie was within a hare’s breath from becoming the President, freaked the fuck out, and pulled the plug. They did this entirely out of fear of losing control. So no the DNC doesn’t care about our collective spirit or even whether or not we have a choice.

All that matters is Biden did his best. Gave it his all. Tried with all his heart.
