To me: “we’ve been having this yellow trouble light pop up with this error code for a month, can you fix it?”
Me: “Sure thing!”
And then once their back is turned, I google the error and start downloading PDF programming manuals…
I can relate.
As a business owner, this is a fare more valuable skill than someone that thinks they know everything.

This isn’t a problem. This is knowing how to reference community knowledge and technology instead of reinventing various shapes and sizes of wheels
Now just balance a company’s core operations on top of that dog.
