    Okay, let’s be fucking real here. This is not a first amendment issue at all. Never has been, never will be.

    There’s no constitutional lawyers making that claim that don’t work for someone paying them to.

    Nobody’s speech is being limited. One specific platform is being removed. One of many. That’s it.

    I’m a free speed absolutionist, but this ain’t an infringement of our free speech. If TikTok had been government hosted and they closed it down because they didn’t like what the users were saying then you could absolutely make that argument.

    TikTok was owned by a Chinese company and it’s not the only app of its kind.

          It isnt, but if it were your argument would still not be valid. Just because free speech is violated doesnt mean you cant say anything anywhere.
