The realization is that you can’t really remove the music part because you could just use YouTube instead of YouTube Music to listen to the music ad free > yes in theory it would be possible for YouTube to say “everything that is on YouTube Music will have ads on regular YouTube if you get “Premium Lite”” but that would just be more complicated and people would complain even more

Never claimed it is. All I said is wanting everything for free plays a big part in the shitification of the Internet because companies need to find a way to pay their costs or even make money.

Then, find a way to pay for it. People wanting everything for free is the reason for the shitification of the Internet.

You do realize that YouTube itself is the streaming service, and “YouTube Music” is just a different frontend for YouTube
