11 months agoFormer Pastry Chef here. You definitely need to increase the other ingredients proportionally. Pizza dough is essentially just a bread dough.
You need to use Bakers Math/Percentages
Heres a basic calculator to calculate ingredient percentages
I liked using KanBoard. Its simple and runs well inside a docker container.
