What’s really annoying that city planning in NA is geared specifically for cars and not public transportation, so it’s a mess created by designers and regulators. It is interesting that experts say you should have X payment be no more then Y% of your income and then don’t address how to do that.
Like do they think people should just get more jobs? Maybe live in a pod? Move to Milo Alberta? Maybe do crime?
