I’m not surprised by it and I don’t think it’s necessarily propaganda. It’s exactly why the far right in Israel worked to empower and legitimize Hamas – so that there will be no peace, no two state solution, and so that the slow rolled genocide can continue.

Hamas depends on Israel for their existence. Just as much as the Zionists depend on the threat of Hamas to maintain their own power.
Hell, Netanyahu has been somewhat openly propping up Hamas for years now. All to justify the ethnic cleansing of the West Bank.
