Gaza’s government media office accused the Israeli army of “committing a horrific massacre”. More than 70 people were killed and about 250 others wounded, it said in a statement on Thursday.

The citizens had congregated at al-Rashid Street, where aid trucks carrying flour were believed to be on the way. Al Jazeera verified footage showing the bodies of dozens of killed and wounded Palestinians being carried onto trucks as no ambulances could reach the area.

“I have been waiting since yesterday. At about 4.30 this morning, trucks started to come through. Once we approached the aid trucks, the Israeli tanks and warplanes started firing at us, as if it was a trap.

Biden is the person that is making this possible by supplying israel with weapons they use to commit these massacres. Boycott your votes for Biden until he stops this Genocide.

Yup, it’s only Biden, not the overarching position of all US foreign policy and basically every elected official past, present, and almost certainly future, since World War II. And definitely not the fault of Bibi himself.

Plus Biden is God, if he says the word, it stops. Bibi definitely won’t seek other avenues.

    edit:

You do realize how ridiculous it sounds that you are going to basically let the guy win who:

    • actually instituted a Muslim travel ban last time he was in office
    • has literally described himself as “the most pro-Israel president ever”

Similar events have happened in the past with israel and American president’s have shut them down with one phone call.

In addition to Biden not stopping the Genocide, Biden bypassed Congress to give israel weapons to commit more Genocide.

If Trump wins it will be the fault of the people that supported Biden doing Genocide so much that Biden did not think he needed to stop doing Genocide.

Nope. It will be the fault of people who didn’t vote for the other candidate with full knowledge of how first-past-the-post elections work. You lot want to throw the baby out with the bathwater on this one, and it is knuckle-draggingly stupid. Maybe if Trump had come out and said he would unequivocally cockblock Israel from further action in Gaza, it would be one thing, but there is exactly zero evidence of this, and the rest of the garbage that comes with a Trump presidency is very much a known quantity. Including his stated intentions to end the American experiment as we know it.

Us lot are going to make sure that Biden loses if he continues this Genocide.

If you want to lose the election by telling Biden he can continue to support Genocide that’s your fault.

You can see the polling numbers in Michigan backing up my claim. The faster Biden stops the Genocide the faster he can actual start an election campaign.

The United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution on Dec. 12 that called for a cease-fire in the Israel-Hamas war amid an intensifying humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. The General Assembly resolution came after the U.N. Security Council, the only body in the U.N. with the power to pass legally binding resolutions, was unable to pass a cease-fire resolution because the U.S. blocked it. The U.S. has a long history of using its Security Council veto to support Israel.

      [1][2][3]

In addition to vetoing the Dec. 8 cease-fire resolution, the U.S. vetoed an Oct. 18 resolution calling for “humanitarian pauses.” The latter vote happened during President Joe Biden’s trip to Israel, and the U.S. delegate on the Security Council said the council needed to let U.S. diplomacy “play out.” The delegate expressed disappointment that the resolution draft didn’t condone Israel’s right to self-defense.

      [4][5]

The U.S. has vetoed resolutions critical of Israel more than any other council member – 45 times as of December 18, 2023, according to an analysis by Blue Marble. The U.S. has vetoed 89 Security Council resolutions in total since 1945, meaning slightly over half of its vetoes have been used on resolutions critical of Israel. Of the vetoed resolutions, 33 pertained to the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories or the country’s treatment of the Palestinian people.

The US is the single biggest supporter of the Israeli genocide. You genuinely believe the president of the United States can do nothing about this? That it’s so incredibly complex that the US president has no sway over these decisions. You’re going to drive me insane, I am going insane. I can’t keep seeing shit like this.

Fair point. It’s hard to tell in this day and age who is astroturfing and who is simply very seriously misguided.

Agree, but if you look at this dude’s post history they are rabidly obsessed with blaming this on Biden.

We can’t criticize him so he knows that ending his active support for genocide would make him more electable? It’s disgusting someone in that position of power is doing what he has done and I’m even considering voting for him if changes 1 thing
