I don’t think anyone apart from him and perhaps you thinks anyone is celebrating people being overweight. Maybe some people do that but I’m pretty sure most people think of them as (and I’ve already called them) “crazies”. This article certainly isn’t doing that - as far as I can tell it’s more about the bmi scale being a bit useless.
