Yes, they might not be in that spot all the time, so “sure it’s fine to remove that because it’s not a permanent part of you” but if it keeps reoccurring, then I would argue that they’re a permanent part of you.

I would still remove it, but simply because clear skin makes you look better. I wouldn’t try to explain this vanity away.
