    Not even. One police officer decides your sus while you’re armed and that’s it. They’re allowed to execute you on the spot. That’s not a right, that’s a privilege with a death sentence for anyone who mistakes themselves as part of the privileged class.

      They are allowed to execute you on the spot regardless of what you may or may not have on you. All they have to do is to say they were scared.

        Yes but 80% of the time they cite their belief someone had a gun. To the point that once a gun is found at the scene everyone tunes out. (Other made up offenses include having a knife and having nothing but walking toward them)

        Which brings us back to the point of a gun being an excuse to execute you on the spot. Which also means you don’t actually have a 2nd amendment right. Rights that you only technically have, aren’t actually extant.

        It’s okay though, we don’t actually have any of the rights from Amendments 1-8. So it’s not unusual for the second amendment to only technically exist either.
