Likely most shower thought were created in the shower because that is one of the few places we are isolated from any sort of device that distracts us from thought. Either that or when we set everything down to go to bed that is another time for profound thoughts.
I really do like thinking while working, since i am a gardener, which leaves a lot of room to think while building/cutting/maintaining smth.
