      The income percentile you were born into. So those at the lowest income levels have the highest probability of surpassing their parents. But all probabilities seem to be decreasing each generation.

    First of all, super annoying that the graph at the beginning of the article has no axes and zero information.

    Second of all, even if you scroll halfway down the article to the real graph, they still don’t bother labeling the x axis which shows a nebulous figure of 0-100. I’m other words the graph itself is still worthless.

      This account owns/runs that website (check out the About section and compare the last name to their username) and otherwise only posts items that they benefit from (mohaboelez.medium.com). I don’t care enough to dig deeper than that but I wouldn’t expect the content on the site itself to be properly vetted or necessarily even created from a human, and I also wouldn’t expect any additional insight from this account here.
