Is there any mastodon alternative AP microblogging platform with support of RSS feed of my account like lemmy and peertube have such options
Mastodon HAS rss support.
Just add “.RSS” to your mastodon URL. This should work for accounts, tags and possibly for other feeds/streams.

misskey and its cutlery set of forks all have rss support > among them, rss support of firefish and iceshrimp could easily be labeled “rss eye candy of the fediverse”rss feeds on the *keys follow the model:
https://instance.name/@user.rss
atom feeds are also available:
https://instance.name/@user.atom
I not talking about rss feed of userpage I am taking about feed of my timeline which contains all posts of people I follow.
Like rss feed of this page.
there is an open request for this, but seems that not being actively worked on: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/18601
Don’t all mastodon accounts have RSS feeds?
yes they do.
Just add .rss to their profile
isnt there a wordpress plugin for AP? could that platform possibly be used for this purpose?
U mean I create a site at some wordpress and follow people from there?
The main plugin is only to get your posts out to Mastodon. And you need a domain to use it.
There is another plugin to follow people but it’s pretty rudimentary.
