Both of my boys were major herders as puppies, such as nipping at feet. Bender (right) would go nuts trying to heard the vacuum cleaner which was hilarious. Fortunately they have both calmed down as they have aged, at least with humans. They still try to heard the cats which is kind of hilarious.
They are both blue heeler mixes. Bender, on the right, is ACD, Doberman, and Beagle according to the DNA test I had done.

Currently no app has mod tool support but it is on several devs to do lists.
There are a few browser extensions that you might like and are least worth checking out. Doesn’t quite do what you are looking for but might help some.

I’ve replaced the struts, alternator, and some sort of weird electronic thing, plus random small stuff in the last 3 years and plan to drive it until it literally dies.
