I do not LARP or fight lol. I wear it to the renfest and use it for costuming for videos.

I would. I have a maille hauberk I used to wear with my crusader armor. Unfortunately due to a couple back injuries I got at work, I can’t really wear that anymore.
so my current kit I am going a lot lighter.You should 3d print some so it looks the part but is easier on weight, if you have access to a 3D printer that is.
I can’t imagine how much hassle it would be to make an entire shirt of 3d printed chainmail
