Honestly I don’t mind the price hikes as much as the enshittification of being forced to watch ads again.
+1 just don’t want it to be more expensive than cable
Now?
To be fair, the amount of things being held exclusive is really growing recently. I finally gave up on paying for TV to watch sports because every league wants to have their own subscribers and are blacking out more and more games. Can’t watch NBA games live on YouTubeTV, have to pay an extra $20 if I want to watch the local basketball and baseball teams through their own app.
I’m done trying. I’m just gonna pirate the streams or go watch at a bar.
At least here in India we have to pay 1$/month for all HBO, hostar and live sports and no ads. We use Jio cinema
Just use free streaming sites.
Laugh at anyone who suggests anything else.
Piracy rocks
Shh. We’re not allowed to have such free-thoughts, or else our overlords will get mad!
Aye, I only had Netflix, but I just cancelled it. If there’s something on one of the streaming services that I really want to see, well, it’s amazing how little it affects my happiness that I don’t get to see it.
If you have adblock and VPN, you never need to pay a dime.
Tv went from 66.99 to 999‽ Woh
Typo 99.9
This definitely isn’t world news, it’s just stating the obvious
Or spamming
Yes, a useless article that has no suggestions on how consumers can solve the issue. I recently installed an OTA and an HDHomeRun box so I could drop FUBO. Instead of Premier League games in English on USA, I get them in Spanish on Telemundo. Works for me.
Intresting…
