Not universally but yeah. Ceiling lights can be really bad for overstimulation, so a lot of ND people will prefer to never turn an overhead light on in favour of using lamps/natural light.

I don’t think this will solve the issue OP is describing. They’re concerned at the existence of fascists on reddit, not just that they are seeing them. Blocking them all would be more like sticking your fingers in your ears and saying it doesn’t exist.

The name “the Maritime Provinces” predates Newfoundland joining Canada, so most people from Prince Edward Island (like myself), New Brunswick, or Nova Scotia will draw a distinction between Maritime provinces (which do not include Newfoundland) and the Atlantic Provinces (which do include Newfoundland).
Most people will not even bat an eye if you call Newfoundland a Maritime Province unless they’re from another Maritime province.

I go to reddit for porn and that is it.
Meaning that it’s still in the past!
Fun tip I’ve used in this situation: just let them go first. If you’re not sure what you’re getting and need to look at the menu, just step aside and say to them “You can go first” and no one will ask questions.
As someone else who smokes way too much… I do it because I’m addicted to it. Most people don’t realize that habitual addictions are addictions, and just because weed doesn’t have physical withdrawal symptoms, doesn’t meant you can’t be addicted.
Thank you 7th Prime Minister of Canada, Sir Wilfrid Laurier.
