Loose tea isn’t very common on supermarket shelves. If you live near a store that has a bulk section, then they might have loose tea in bulk. I end up ordering online from Stash or Harney & Sons

I don’t know how much flour you’d need but you should definitely increase the other ingredients by the same proportion as the flour. If you have a recipe you like for an M inch pizza and you want an N inch pizza you should be able to scale all the ingredients up proportionately by calculating the area of an M inch circle and an N inch circle. But bear in mind that rolling out a ginormous pizza and moving it around is difficult (I’d definitely use a pan rather than trying to get an 18” or larger pizza to slide off of a peel onto a stone). And make sure your oven is big enough.

I’ve been using One Note. I had the same issues you had with paper and recipe cards and I happened to be using MS office a lot in general. It’s handy since I can use it from my phone or laptop and can share with family. I copy internet recipes to One Note since they can be available offline and since sometimes recipes on random sites disappear.

Converting to something I can self host would be cool.

I don’t think I’d ever use meal planning and shopping list features. It would be nice to have an easy way to generate nutrition info for my invented or modified recipes.

Things have generally gotten better for me over time. My childhood and adolescence were pretty rough and I’ve felt better since I’ve had more control and autonomy. I’ve also gotten treatment for depression which made a huge difference in my life. There are still low points. Right now I’m feeling down because work is overwhelming, but I’ll get through it.

It sounds like you’re at a point where you could use some help getting past the suicidal ideation. That’s a very dangerous mental and emotional state. You mentioned therapy. Do you still have a therapist? Can you have a very open and frank discussion about what you posted here? If not, are there other resources available where you live? Things can get better and you deserve to have an enjoyable and fulfilling life. I sincerely hope you get support to help you through these rough times so you can build the kind of life that you want and have hope for the future.

Jumping between Mac and Windows I keep accidentally awakening Cortana when I try to copy and paste. Now that god awful, universally reviled feature if finally getting deprecated but it still brings up the damn window/modal/pice-of-shit just to tell me that it’s gone. If you use a neti pot or bottle, use two salt packets. The extra salty saline helps draw water out of your nasal tissue which helps with swelling

This is some fairy tale magical bullshit thinking. This looks like almost everyone in the yellow regions die (exceptions are those wealthy and politically connected enough or lucky and useful enough to be taken into a green region). There will be wars over food, water and habitable land. The global refugee crisis will be unfathomable. What happens when hundreds of millions or even billions of people need to get into a neighboring country to live? What if those people are in a country with a sophisticated modern military and are a nuclear power? Dude. We are so fucked.
