    Seems a stretch of rico definition but ok…. I could see ip theft being more accurate but China has proven repeatedly that it won’t do anything about that practice

      How so? It seems to fit perfectly? And it notes that they are using RICO specifically because of the company’s “byzantine” structure–it gives them more flexibility.
