It’s not muscle issues at all, it’s the tendons that get inflamed from over use and that inflammation pushes against the tendon cords that bind them and that’s what causes the pain. Muscle exercises don’t do anything to help.

This is why when you go to the doctor for RSI the most common treatment is rest AND muscle exercises. Strong muscles gives your tendons a break.
That’s not how an RSI works. It’s not muscle issues at all, it’s the tendons that get inflamed from over use and that inflammation pushes against the tendon cords that bind them and that’s what causes the pain.
Muscle exercises don’t do anything to help.
