This is all painfully common knowledge.

I’m not trying to discount or undermine your main points because I think they are entirely accurate. However, I think you are vastly overestimating how informed, intelligent, and empathetic the average US citizen is. I would be shocked if half the country was even broadly aware of what was going on in Gaza enough to even have an opinion about it, let alone be outraged.

      I will give you this.

An admittedly hot take, but I would guess that a lot of people who would be LOUDLY outraged are currently stuck in the fear cycle that the DNC is stoking about Trump, so they are remaining ignorant, equal parts willfully and not, because “Trump must be stopped at all costs so Biden must not be questioned.”

For the record, hate Trump. PLEASE don’t come at me with the tired “a vote not cast for Biden is a vote cast for Trump!!!” argument. It’s a stupid pro-genocide argument that rejects the foundational concepts of democracy and keeps America in this viscous cycle of inevitable descent into complete fascism.

I am against genocide in all forms, and both the RNC and the DNC are pro-genocide. That means Trump and Biden are both pro-genocide.

There are people who are loudly outraged, Islamic democrats. The DNC does what it always does, ignore them and stoke fear. It’s disgusting.

          You right.

Didn’t mean to imply that demographic doesn’t exist.

It is unfortunately still a superminority.
