My biggest concern here is that Kim Jong-Un has been holding off on war until he had ICBMs, which it’s now the case, and they can reach any target in the US.
No they can’t. They can maybe, if the wind is just right and luck is with them, reach the West Coast Hawaii is questionable as well.
How many do they have and what would be the plan after they fired all 15?
Does NK even have enough intel to reliably target critical infrastructure?

I’d trust that the US’s missile defenses could pretty easily stop North Korea’s entire arsenal. They’re not getting anywhere else China/Russia/whoever also launched a strike, at which point we’re all fucked anyway.
