I think that happens when that post has 1 comment then the comment is deleted
1-1=0, unless done by a time traveler who deleted the comment before being placed, then -1+1 = 0

That happens when you delete a comment more than once without refreshing, makes the server think there are more deleted comments which makes it go negative
