And it’s so ridiculously good. The NYT even wrote an article about it.

I love it lmfao (lost my flannel at Orlando)
Jesus Christ.
I zoom in and this is the FIRST thing I see. What in the god damned shit?
Seems legit as a concept, though the author is giving weird vibes.
I’m not sure what “globohomo” means but it sounds like a 4chan homophobic term. Additionally the author says they wanted a search engine giving results without “political inclinations”, which reads to me as “reality has a liberal bias and I don’t like that”.
I’ll pass on this for now.
Honest question. Why do you think aggression isn’t a trait that can be selectively bred for or against? Surely you agree other traits can be bred – herding and pointing, to use some common examples.
I am curious – why does the article including the names and photos of his accusers make this more credible to you?
Thanks for trying, SatansMaggotyCumFart.
Unimpeachable logic!
Imagine if they didn’t blame an entire people for the actions of their corrupt leaders.
I mean realistically, the people who enjoyed it back in the day have outgrown it. So “new” content like this skibidi business, which is the same kind of humor as they used to enjoy 10+ years ago, is deeply unappealing.
It’s bullshit that the opposite of “important” is “unimportant” instead of “portant”
Not even then. There are countless examples of corrupt prosecutors pushing through convictions because they want a win, even when it was clear the accused was innocent.
Without an absolutely perfect system of justice, I’m not willing to trust the state with executions in any circumstances.
It’s a joke about how the head of Ubisoft referred to the game Skull And Bones as a “quadruple-A” game. The highest-budget games are often classified as “triple-A”, though people also tend to use the term as a way to indicate size or quality. By calling S&B an AAAA game he was signaling that it would be in a class of its own in terms of quality, most likely.
The game itself has been pretty universally considered “meh” at best, so this meme is making fun of the original claim.
I hope this explanation helps!
You’re right, but there are a lot of people (that I’ve seen, at least) who are willing to abstain from voting over Biden’s handling of this.
Yeah, unfortunately. I think the reason is the relative lack of moderators and the lack of a paid admin team.
I’m enjoying it somewhat. It’s much more populated by people with similar interests to mine, e.g. Linux and D&D, but it’s also more populated by aggressive and ignorant commenters who are all too eager to be contrary and smug.
Optimistic of you to think people wouldn’t use it as an excuse to be even MORE discriminatory. There would be Ultra-Whites who could claim they were never non-white in the past X years, with seniority by how far back they can trace their reincarnated whiteness. And of course there would be new religions claiming that if you follow them you’ll be reincarnated into the race/environment of your choice.
Valid point, thank you for the correction.
My first thought is that you could write a program that does something like this:
Of course, the biggest problem with this system is that a person could fool it into generating malicious code.
