I’m Violent J, and I’m back like a vertebrae
The elephant is hiding. Do not let it know you can see it. The illusion that it has found a good hiding spot must be maintained at all times.
I’m just tired of the trend of saying things are underrated, when they’re really not. The Big Short is a great movie and it is rated as a great movie. So it’s not underrated or overrated; it has a great rating and deservedly so.
It’s such a rated movie.
Also it’s only a conspiracy if there’s intentional disregard for the best interests of people whom you are intentionally hiding information from. Where I live they were pumping out hormones into the river all the way back into the 60s, screwing up fish life. But it’s because they were ignorant and dumb. This is from the same time when the government had a campaign for people to weigh down garbage with rocks before throwing it in the sea, because it’s unsightly when it floats.
Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.
25 days off per year is minimum by law in my country. I have 36. Would never be able to afford traveling for 36 days (plus weekends) every year though.
Am I the only one who doesn’t think vacation equals travel? It just means you don’t have to go to work.
This is the only way I ever publicly share any information about my travels. Don’t want to advertise that there’s nobody home.
Sure, but I don’t think capacity is enough. You need to match dimensions of the opening and the height/width of the container as well. In my experience it’s impossible to match the bin dimensions to the bag dimensions.
Any European here who can elaborate for me how to perform steps 0 and 1? I don’t know where to search for bins with bag sizes assigned to them or for bags of specific sizes.
“I’m sorry that you didn’t like it”
And I don’t see why Arch is relevant to the discussion. My point is that software being non-proprietary is not a guarantee for preventing fuckery like Microsoft’s. Profit-maximizing companies will maximize their profits, proprietary software or not. Canonical, which sells a non-proprietary Linux distribution, is an example of this.
People don’t even use it for funny things though. I only see it as a way to shame people, as if they’re laughing at you. Except it’s almost always just stupid deflection when they don’t have any objective arguments to offer. It’s what I imagine debates would be like in “Idiocracy”, and it makes me lose hope for humanity.
I think of it more as a budding fascist dictator vs a senile moron. Which is why I’m extremely worried that the former wins. At least with the senile moron, the rest of the senate and staff can sort of hamper on reasonably without irrepairably dismantling democracy. This is a 1930s Germany type of situation.
