Earlier rumors speculated that Apple would cripple it via software, either restricting charging speed, data transfer, or both.

A few more than that if you count the S versions.
I enjoy using different apps and will continue to do so. I’ve got a few Lemmy apps installed and looking for to installing more. I enjoy seeing the differences between apps and how devs implement features differently.
Even with Reddit apps, Sync was my daily driver, but I would switch between other apps. It’s a nice change of pace.
Connect isn’t open source? I don’t think I realized that. That’s been my main Lemmy app but I’ve been a long time Sync for Reddit user so I’ve been using that quite a bit today.
I’m certain an all-out legislative war would be waged against TOR if it were to become popularized for most of those reasons, under the more convenient guise of “criminals and children!”
I guess we’ll have to see what happens after that right wing Twitter account posted CSAM, Twitter suspended the account, then Elon said they removed the posts and reinstated the account 🤷🏽♂️
I’ve been spending less time on Lemmy and Kbin overall, but I’m more engaged and commenting more. Basically, I’m getting more out of the conversations here. Not saying the conversations on Reddit were any less meaningful, because there are a lot of intelligent people that posted and are posting over there (I’m assuming they’re still posting over there, I honestly haven’t been there since the 3PA Purge). Maybe because the amount of comments here are fewer so it’s easier to read more comments and respond vs the wall of comments and still missing a lot of information. I don’t know. But I feel like I can spend less time here and get more out of the posts and comments.
I’m right handed but tend to use my left hand when browsing one handed lol.
I listen to bands that don’t even exist yet
I got a Synology years ago hoping to do this, but I didn’t do enough research and the model I got couldn’t quite decide and stream very well. I ended up just using it for backup and using my PC as a Plex server for a while. I eventually got an Nvidia Shield and just plugged in a large SSD to it and that works well.
And now kids in Arkansas get to experience the grind.
Had a colonoscopy a couple years ago and got the same. Her breasts, your brain, and my colon are unremarkable.
Been a Feedly user for years and I love it. I browse it throughout the day.
I have quite a few DeWalt power tools, and have a few Ryobi lawn tools. Both have been solid.
I think some apps allow blocking communities and entire instances. I know Connect does and it gives you a message saying that it was blocked but gives you a button that lets you view the message anyway.
Wait, didn’t he buy his way into Tesla and then forced out the previous CEO or something?
I’ve been bouncing between Liftoff and Connect. I loved Sync for Reddit so I’ll be using that when it comes out, though I also tried and liked Boost, Joey, and Infinity for Reddit.
I tried Jerboa but it was missing quite a few features at the time, but it’s also really new so that wasn’t a problem.
I do spend most of my time on Kbin so I just use the mobile web interface.
There’s one in my neighborhood with a fart can. I love hearing it every morning at 6am.
